***
The Hawaii support team of local volunteers Scott Gilbert, Ed Abbott, and Dave Cooper has been busy making preparations for Saito-san's arrival. Actions already taken or under way include arranging for a marina berth, alerting customs and immigration, scheduling a rigger and mechanic, and preparing a tender boat to assist marina entry. (The engine is still inoperable due to an overheating problem that occurred soon after leaving the Galapagos Islands.)

We greatly appreciate the considerable effort involved!
